Our tenant screening process goes beyond just a quick credit check and employment verification. We conduct a thorough background check, which includes reviewing credit scores and payment history, verifying employment and income, and conducting criminal and eviction history checks. We also contact previous landlords (two if available) for tenant verification.

Our screening process is not just based on a credit score only - we take a comprehensive look at the overall applicant. This process has proven to be extremely successful.
