Yes, we are fully licensed to provide property management services. I hold a valid Montana Property Manager’s license (PMP-RPM-LIC-98252). To maintain this license, I am required to complete 12 hours of continuing education annually. This ensures I stay up-to-date on the latest laws, regulations, and best practices, giving you confidence that your investment property is managed with the highest level of professionalism and expertise. -
Do you have insurance coverage for Novich Property Management?
Yes, Novich Property Management is fully insured. We carry both Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance and General Liability insurance. This coverage protects both our clients and our business, ensuring that your property is managed responsibly and professionally. Our commitment to being properly insured reflects our dedication to safeguarding your investment and providing peace of mind. -
Can I reach you after hours?
Our regular business hours are 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, as I prioritize both my work and spending time with my family. Outside of these hours, I am available for emergencies only. If you experience an urgent issue, please contact us using the emergency phone number provided. For non-emergency matters, feel free to leave a message or send an email, and I will get back to you during regular business hours. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, we offer direct deposit for owner disbursements, ensuring a smooth and timely transfer of rental income. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Owners can review the lease agreement before it is signed. As the property manager, we handle the lease signing on your behalf unless otherwise specified. -
How and when do I get my checks?
Owner disbursements are made on a regular schedule, typically via direct deposit or check, after rent is collected and any applicable expenses are accounted for. -
How is rent collection handled?
We offer multiple rent payment options, including online payments and traditional methods, to ensure a smooth collection process. Late payments are addressed according to lease terms. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
Lease terms vary based on market conditions and owner preferences, but standard leases are often a year long. Other lease term options may be available upon request. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Security deposit amounts typically align with market standards and legal requirements. The specific amount may depend on factors such as rent price and tenant qualifications. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can begin managing your property as soon as the necessary agreements are completed and the property is ready for leasing. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
